Account Manager – (ST-2020-092)
Description

1. Provide the best assortment of products for our B.TECH customers
2. Execute onboarding and item set up process to make sure products are available and ready to sell.
3. Ensure customers can easily browse and find the products they want.
4. Improve navigation experience (browse/search) by managing and enhancing product attributes and taxonomy.
5. Attract customers through compelling messaging and visual merchandising.
6. Manage item and category pages including product imagery, rating reviews, basic and enhanced content.
7. Optimize item and category pricing, providing competitive pricing for B.TECH customers.
8. Initiate product promotions and benchmark competitors.
9. Work cross-functionally to ensure customers receive their products quickly and efficiently.
10. Create a cohesive experience between online shopping and the physical product.
11. Rinse, repeat and Conduct regular analysis of category performance, identifying key trends and improvement opportunities.
12. Work with cross functional teams (across marketing, product and supply chain) to execute initiatives to optimize category performance.
